BHUBANESWAR:  After the intervention of the office of the Election Commissioner, the so-called 5T and Nabin Odisha chairman VK Pandian ‘s illegal occupation has been removed from the Odisha Chief Minister’s Office.

The official website of Odisha CMO is now missing VK Pandian’s name. Pandian’s name was placed in top earlier while it was removed following after the intervention of the office of the Election Commissioner.

The Hon’ble Election Commissioner finally declared the occupation of VK Pandian as a government official in the name of 5T and Nabin Odisha chairman as illegal. On April 4th, a complaint was raised by the Bharatiya Janata Party that how VK Pandian, who is directly involved in politics in the Biju Janata Dal, can work in the Chief Minister’s office.

He was accused in the C-Vigil app. While the election code of conduct has been implemented, the violation of the model code of conduct of the chief minister’s office has now been confirmed. It is the Chief Minister’s office, which is accused of being a hypocrite, that is doing all the undemocratic work and is obstructing the conduct of free and fair elections in the state.

People of Odisha will give proper response against these 5 major corruptions in 2024 election. 5T were created to interfere in all the official affairs of the state and to make the ministers count before the secretary. Earlier, Chief Minister appointed VK Pandian as 5 secretaries. When Pandian Babu joined BJD, then the Chief Minister promoted him and appointed him as the chairman of 5T and Nabin Odisha. Now the Election Commissioner has removed him from that post. The people of Odisha will remove the entire BJD from the government in the coming days said State Spokesman Anil Biswal.
