BHUBANESWAR:Textbook error; Crime Branch directed for criminal investigation.Taking the incident seriously, the Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi ordered a criminal investigation.

A committee headed by the former Development Commissioner conducted an investigation. According to the report, 3 people including the former director of SCERT were suspended.
There is also a disciplinary action order against the Assistant Director.
