SAMBALPUR: Former Union Minister and Sambalpur MP Shri Dharmendra Pradhan joined the “A Tree for Mother” campaign organized at Redhakhol, Sambalpur district and planted trees along with students, intellectuals, environmentalists and local people.
MP Shri Pradhan highly appreciated the enthusiasm and interest shown by the local students in taking forward this great effort for environmental protection. On this occasion, MP Shri Pradhan said that a tree not only keeps the environment safe, but also builds a healthy, beautiful and safe future for the coming generations. He called upon everyone to plant a tree at a time in honor of their mother, protect it and make our mother earth greener and more beautiful.
Odisha’s Minister for Panchayati Raj, Drinking Water and Rural Development, Shri Ravi Narayan Naik, also participated in this special tree plantation program.
