BHUBANESWAR: OCCL executive engineer Sanjay Kisapatta arrested.Vigilance arrested him on charges of embezzlement of income.
A huge amount of property was seized during the raid on Babu’s house yesterday. A deposit of Rs. 46 lakh along with Rs. 1.16 lakh in cash was found.
326 grams of gold and more than 1 kg of silver ornaments were confiscated. A three-star hotel with 23 rooms was built on 9 plots.
2 multi-storeyed buildings (one 8,000 sq ft palatial commercial bldg with 23 rooms), 9 plots,Deposits Rs 46.09L, Cash Rs 1.16L,Gold 325.562g,Silver 1.121kg,2 cars, etc. unearthed in searches of Sri Sanjay Kr Kispatta,EE,OCCL,BHubaneswar., now deputed to OCCL, Balangir at Lower Suktel Project.
Earlier today, on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets by Sanjay Kr Kispatta, Ex-Asst Executive Engineer, P.A., ITDA, Koraput,A/p – EE, OCC Ltd., Bhubaneswar, simultaneous house searches are being conducted by #Odisha #Vigilance at his 7 locations in KPT,BBSR, etc.
6 DSPs, 8 Inspectors, 7 ASIs, and other supporting staff are conducting search on the strength of search warrants issued by the Hon’ble Court of the Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore. Searches continuing.
