PURI/BHUBANESWAR:ISKCON devotees will not be allowed to enter Puri under any circumstances. If ISKCON devotees are seen anywhere in the temple, they will be immediately expelled from the Puri limits. Therefore, Kalinga soldiers will be present in large numbers in Puri during the Rath Yatra, said Army Chief Hemant Rath.

Today, Shri Rath told reporters here that ISKCON, which has insulted Shri Jagannath and Puri Gajapati, has no right to come to Puri and preach religion. During Rath Yatra, whether it is Sankirtan inside the cordon or distributing food to devotees with a big stick, they will not get any opportunity to do any work. Even if any organization distributes food with the help of ISKCON, they will also be strongly opposed.
Shri Rath said that ISKCON is attacking Jagannath Nitikanti and Sanatan culture all over the world. Despite repeated requests from Puri Gajapati, Adiniya Rath Yatra has been conducted in many places. Insulting Jagannath and his early devotees, with whom ISKCON has been running its business, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Shri Rath has warned that if necessary, the law will be taken into his hands. He informed that Kalinga soldiers will oppose ISKCON Rath Yatra not only in Puri, but also in the state capital.
