Naveen Patnaik delighted after COVID-19 Recovery cases reach at 7972 in Odisha

BHUBANESWAR: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik was on Friday hails COVID-19 warriors after the State Health and Family Department reported that some 565 recovered in a single day taking the tally to 7972  .

“Achieving a record high discharge of Covid positive cases for three days in a row now, we are happy to share that a record 565 Covid patients have recovered on 10.7.2020!With this, the total recovered cases of Odisha surge to 7972!,” said Health and Family Welfare Department.

“#Odisha has recorded its highest – 565 recoveries- in a single day. Appreciation for the dedication and commitment of health professionals and #CovidWarriors whose relentless work ensured record number of recoveries in last three days. #OdishaFightsBack,” tweeted CMO.

Of the total cured , 185 from Ganjam, 85 from Rayagada , 45 from Bolangir , 32 from Cuttack, 30 from Malkangiri , 24 from Baragarh , 24 from Sundergarh , 23 from Angul , 17 from Balasore

17 from Jagatsinghpur , 15 from Khurdha , 13 from Jajpur , 10 from Kendrapara , 8 each from Gajapati, Jharsuguda & Nabarangpur , 7 from Mayurbhanj , 4 from Bhadrak , 3 from Puri, 2 each  from Dhenkanal  & Keonjhar , 1 each from Boudh, Kandhamal & Sambalpur
