BHUBANESWAR:The Central Deputy Director of the Department, Shri Ashutosh Paikaraya, today visited the District Information and Public Relations Office, Bhubaneswar and reviewed the departmental programs and working practices. On this occasion, he stressed on the successful publicity of various welfare schemes and programs of the government. He especially emphasized on the use of social media to inform the public about government schemes, development programs and public welfare initiatives.
During the visit, Shri Paikarayo inspected various registers, records and other official documents of the office and reviewed various activities of the office.
He also stressed on ensuring proper and effective publicity of various government programmes of the district by maintaining good communication between the administration and the media. All the officers and employees of the office were present during the visit.
