BHUBANESWAR:During the monsoon session of Parliament, the Congress party and opposition leader Rahul Gandhi are using students as political pawns to create chaos at home, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said in an ‘ex post’.
The opposition’s attempt to create trouble for the common people by violating security norms by staging a protest in front of the residence of the Hon’ble Prime Minister is just a political drama. While the government is ready to hold a full-fledged discussion in Parliament on the NEET and the problems of the students, the Congress is only trying to grab headlines in the media instead of having a democratic debate.
The government is 100% committed to a full-fledged discussion in the house to express every reasonable concern of the youth regarding the NEET exam. The students of the country deserve stability instead of uncertainty, solutions instead of anger and responsible behavior instead of chaos. Even though the government has kept the door open for all kinds of discussions, Rahul Gandhi and the Congress only want to create disputes and confrontations. The government is working tirelessly to provide students with correct answers and necessary reforms in the examination system, instead of just expressing anger.
For Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party, this is not a solution to the problems of students, but a way to create a stir for their own political gains. Our government is fully committed to providing cleanliness, reform and justice to the youth without compromising their future, said Shri Pradhan.
