PURI/BHUBANESWAR:On the occasion of the ongoing Rath Yatra, Indian shooter Padma Shri Gagan Narang visited the Adap Mandap. After the darshan, he said that he felt blessed to have seen the Lords and that this experience will remain with him for the rest of his life.
Additional Director General of Police Modernization Soumendra Priyadarshi, IG Pinak Mishra, Additional Secretary of Sports Department Vijay Kumar Swain, Additional District Collector Protocol Neelmadhav Bhoi, Sports Officer Chandan Sahu welcomed Shri Narang.
It is worth mentioning that Padma Shri Shri Narang won his Olympic medal in the 2012 London Olympics. He won a bronze medal in the men’s 10m air rifle event, which was India’s first medal in that edition of the Games.
