BHUBANESWAR:The journey of the last 12 years under the leadership of the country’s popular Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been a successful demonstration of service, good governance and poor welfare, said Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan while participating in various important programs during his visit to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh today.
During this visit, Shri Pradhan interacted with the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, public representatives and media representatives separately. He discussed with the media persons on the successful 12 years of Prime Minister Modi’s leadership and participated in the ‘Self-reliant Women’s Respect’ and ‘Developed India Vision: A Developed India Abhimukhet’ programs. He said that 12 years of faith, development and people’s welfare have been successfully completed under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. This journey is a journey to take every section of the country forward and strengthen the vision of service and good governance. With the spirit of dawn, the poor, farmers, women and youth have been kept at the center. Many historic steps have been taken like Awas Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, Jan Dhan Yojana, Lakshpati Didi, PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Ayushman Bharat and Startup India. Today, with the spirit of women-led development, the female power of the country is not only a partner, but also a leading force of progress.
At the ‘Atmanirbhar Women’s Honor’ program, Shri Pradhan interacted with the women and lakhpati didis of the support group. He visited the exhibition of various products made by women and highly appreciated their hard work, talent and self-confidence. The Education Minister said that today’s women are creating their own identity through strength, skill and innovation. Making worthy products from temple waste once again is an inspiring example of cleanliness and self-reliance. Similarly, the Union Government’s ‘Govardhan Yojana’ promotes environmental protection and cleanliness by converting waste into resources. The Union Education Minister announced that a new initiative will be started in collaboration with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) to provide more opportunities for education and skills to lakhpati didis. Along with this, prestigious institutions like IIMs will also be associated with this campaign, so that women can get new opportunities in the field of entrepreneurship and management, he said.
Apart from this, the Union Minister, while interacting with the corporators at the newly built headquarters of Bhopal Metropolitan Corporation ‘Atal Bhawan’, called upon them to increase the use of piped natural gas in the city and work towards energy and environment conservation. Finally, he said that with the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas and Sabka Manamanthu’, India is today confidently moving towards realizing the vision of Developed India 2047 and in this, the participation of our mother power is the basic basis of the country’s progress.
During the visit, the Union Minister Shri Pradhan held a courtesy call on the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav. In this meeting, various important issues related to education, skill development and youth empowerment in the state were discussed. He said that the Central and Madhya Pradesh governments are working with continuous commitment to provide new opportunities to the young talents and make them partners in nation building.
