BHUBANESWAR/BHADRAK:The state government is taking priority over the flood situation in Dhamnagar and Tihidi. Priority has been given to ensuring that not a single person loses their life in this devastating flood.
Minister Suryavanshi Suraj is touring the forest areas throughout the day to understand the problems of the victims, while her OSD Nitish Tripathy is coordinating with the departmental officers and expediting relief and rescue operations.
Steps are being taken to ensure that dry food, cooked food and drinking water reach the flood-hit people. Along with this, all the officers have been asked to keep snake bite injections in the health centers and sub-centers in the flooded areas.
