BHUBANESWAR:Eminent literary figure Dr. Jagannath Prasad Das passed away. He was a talented and prolific writer. As an efficient officer of the Indian Civil Services, he served in various important positions in Odisha and the Central Government.
He left a unique mark of his creativity in literature and wrote many short stories and poems. State President Shri Manmohan Samal expressed deep grief and said that his demise is an irreparable loss to the literary world.
State President Shri Samal prayed to Lord Jagannath to grant infinite patience to the departed soul of the departed soul and extend his condolences to his bereaved family and friends.
