PURI/BHUBANESWAR:The SJTA Chief Administrator Dr Arbinda Padhee on Thursday suspended Shraddhananda Das Mohapatra, a pure devotee and religious servant of the temple, for misconduct, as per the temple rules, after the temple administration came to know that a police case had been registered against him for alleged involvement in illegal activities.
In view of the fact that the immoral activities of the said servant have tarnished the honour and dignity of the entire servant society and the temple, a suspension order has been issued against the said servant. This will remain in force until further notice and during the suspension period, the said servant will be deprived of service and will not be allowed to enter the temple. The Chief Administrator has issued a ban on entering the temple.
While most of the temple’s servants behave properly and maintain discipline, the undesirable activities of a few servants bring disrepute to the entire servant community, and no disorder will be tolerated, said Chief Administrator Dr. Arvind Padhi.
