RAIRANGPUR/BHUBANESWAR:Tomorrow, on June 20, the country’s great President Smt. Draupadi Murmu and the famous Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi will visit Mayurbhanj district to attend the 2nd anniversary program of the BJP government in Odisha. Both of them will join the same platform in Rairangpur and address the public meeting. This is a matter of pride for the people of Odisha. On this occasion, the foundation stone of 47 thousand crore rupees will be laid for the country and the nation. Tomorrow’s meeting will be written in golden letters in the history of India, said State President and Rajya Sabha MP Shri Manmohan Samal at a press conference held in Rairangpur.

Shri Samal said that Smt. Draupadi Murmu, born in an ordinary forest family of Odisha, is an extraordinary personality today. She has reached the highest position in the country and has been appointed to a prestigious position like the post of President. This is a matter of pride and honor for all of us. Today, after Her Excellency President Smt. Draupadi Murmu reaches Mayurbhanj, tomorrow she will visit her in-laws’ village Pahdpur. At this time, the famous Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also be present. Both of them will worship at the holy places of the village and the Santali community.
They will visit the schools, Vidya Mandirs and skill development institutions there and encourage the students. After this, they will address a public meeting held in Rairangpur and lay the foundation stone of many projects such as power, industrial infrastructure, road connectivity, drinking water, health, education, tourism, irrigation. Major industrial projects include the 600 MW capacity Opara Indravati Storage Project, the 660 MW unit in the second phase of expansion of IB Tapaj Power Station, the Bharat Toll Gasification and Chemicals Limited BCGCL project from Jharsuguda district to Lakhanpur.
Other projects include the 300 TDP capacity Complex Biogas Plant in Bhubaneswar, the bridge over the Katyodi river for Cuttack-Bhubaneswar connectivity, the widening of Dhalpur-Harbhanga road in Boudh district, the 4-laning of Nuapada-Hatipada National Highway, the Kusumdim Megalift Irrigation Project, the IGNLU Regional Centre at Rairangpur and the Badminton Complex. A 300-bed District Head Hospital in Boudh, 26 Atal Bus Stands, 9 Automated Vehicle Testing Centres in various districts of the state will be inaugurated. Apart from this, the underground pipeline of Nayagarh Town Bypass Ushumi Smart Irrigation Project, Jajpur Keonjhar Road Baitarani Road Multi-Tracking Project, Hindola to Meramandali Multi-Tracking Project, Sports Complex and Tribal Research Centre in Rairangpur will also be inaugurated, said Shri Samal.
As the first forest-dwelling Governor and President of India, Smt. Draupadi Murmu has created a new record in the history of India. She is involved in many programs that create achievements and examples in the country and abroad. Similarly, the country’s successful Prime Minister Modi is coming to Odisha after breaking the record as the all-time elected Prime Minister. Successful Prime Minister Modi has always given more importance to Odisha. If Odisha becomes prosperous and becomes a number one state, the development of the east is possible.
He has participated in all programs from Diaspora India to Odisha’s excellence to take Odisha to the top and has clearly said this. Modi is coming to Odisha with the resolution that Odisha will have the maximum contribution in developed India. In this regard, Shri Samal said that an atmosphere of joy and happiness has been created in the whole of Odisha including Mayurbhanj today. Mayurbhanj MP Shri Nabacharan Majhi, State General Secretary Shri Biranchi Narayan Tripathi, State Executive Member Shri Sanjib Mohanty were prominently present in this press conference.
