BHUBANESWAR:On the occasion of the 18th sacrifice of revered Rashtra Santh Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati, ‘Dharma Gahan Divas-2026’ was celebrated with devotion and solemnity at the Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir Complex, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar.

The memorial ceremony, organized by Dharma Jagran Samanoy, Bhubaneswar, commemorated the contributions and sacrifices of revered Rashtra Santh Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati for the welfare of religion, culture, education, and the tribal community.

The program was attended by venerable Saint Swami Brahmananda Saraswati Maharaj of Nigam Kalpataru Ashram, Bhubaneswar and venerable Saint Shri Babaji Biswanath Das of Siddigiri Ashram, Govindpur, Cuttack.

Choudhury Shri Bibhutibhushan Patnaik, retired President of Chakapada Sanskrit University, was the guest of honor.

Shri Vinay Kumar Bhuyan, the head of Purvakshetra Dharma Jagran, participated as the keynote speaker and spoke about the life, ideals, service and sacrifice of Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati Maharaj.

The speakers said that Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati dedicated his life to religion, culture, education and social service. It was felt that his contribution to education, social upliftment and awareness of the tribal community was particularly memorable.

The purpose of celebrating Dharma Gahan Diwas is to commemorate the ideals and life of service of Swami Laxmanananda Saraswati and to convey the message of religion, culture, ethics, social unity and public awareness to the society.

Finally, the organizers thanked all the guests, dignitaries, activists, media representatives, and all the well-wishers present.
