BHUBANESWAR: Cabinet meeting held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday took 9 major decisions relating to the departments of school and Mass Education, Higher Education, H&UD and PR & DW Dept.
ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ମହଙ୍ଗା ଭତ୍ତାରେ ତିନି ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ବିଷୟ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ଫଳରେ ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ମହଙ୍ଗା ଭତ୍ତା ୨୮ ପ୍ରତିଶତରୁ ୩୧ ପ୍ରତିଶତକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଲା। ଏହା ୦୧.୦୭.୨୦୨୧ରୁ ପିଚ୍ଛିଲା ଭାବରେ ଲାଗୁ ହେବ।
ସଂଶୋଧିତ ହାରରେ ପେନ୍ସନ ପାଉଥିବା ପେନ୍ସନଭୋଗୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ଟି.ଆଇ ରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତିନି ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। ଏହାଦ୍ବାରା ରାଜ୍ୟର ସାଢେ ସାତ ଲକ୍ଷ ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ତଥା ପେନ୍ସନଭୋଗୀ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ। ଏହାସହିତ ସପ୍ତମ ବେତନ କମିଶନ ବାବଦ ୩୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବକେୟା ଅର୍ଥ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନେଇଛନ୍ତି।
ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଯେ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ସପ୍ତମ ବେତନ କମିସନ ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଜାନୁଆରୀ ୨୦୧୬ରୁ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୦୧୭ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ ଦରମାର ୫୦ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ପାଇସାରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାଦ୍ବାରା ରାଜ୍ୟର ୪ ଲକ୍ଷ ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ।
In a major decision, the Odisha Cabinet also approved a proposal to confer land rights to slum dwellers living in areas under the jurisdiction of five municipal corporations of the State-Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Berhampur, Rourkela, and Sambalpur.
The Cabinet decided to confer land rights on the slum household of Municipal Corporations in the line of the land rights conferred upon the households of the Municipalities and NACs by effecting necessary amendments in the Odisha Municipal Corporation Act of 2003, said an official press release.
The Cabinet decision will not only ensure security of tenure but will also make the households eligible for availing benefits under housing schemes, benefitting approximately 2,40,000 households covering about 9,70,000 population in five Municipal Corporation areas.
