BHUBANESWAR :Luminous Infoways celebrated its 26th Foundation Day here marking a significant milestone in its journey of growth and innovation.
Addressing the gathering, Founder cumbManaging Director of Luminous Infoways ,Tanmay Mohanty outlined the company’s vision,mission and its future roadmap. President and Co-founder Jayashree Mohanty presented the organization’s 25-year journey, reflecting on its remarkable achievements.
The event was attended by several distinguished dignitaries.Additional Chief Secretary, Industries , Home , I&PR Department of Government of Odisha, Hemant Sharma graced the auspicious occasion as the Chief Guest.
In his speech, Shri Sharma appreciated the futuristic steps taken by Luminous infoways by expanding into semiconductor skilling. He also launched the aiML platform Doc360 and acknowledged participation of Luminous infoways in all Government programs as and when needed.Former NALCO CMD Tapan Kumar Chand attended as the Guest of Honour. Other notable attendees included Sisir Sahoo, Pranabindu Acharya, Lalit Das, Arun Kumar Rath, Ashok Kumar Pattnaik and Anil Kumar Samal.
During the Ceremony, company announced about availing the prestigious CMMI Level 5 certification, reflecting excellence in process maturity and organizational performance. Luminous Infoways also launched its AI-driven product platform, called “Doc 360, – Enterprise Knowledge Assistant , aimed at enhancing digital documentation and knowledge management solutions for enterprise & Government. The Agentic AI platform is a self learning app with advance DMS facility in built. Moreover this can also be integrated with vertical software of the organization and can be customised as by the Organisational need. The platform was launched by Additional Chief Secretary Hemant Sharma.
An employee recognition ceremony was also held, during which outstanding performers were honoured for their dedication and contributions over the past year.
The highlight of the event was signing of a MOU with Maven Silicon , Bangalore for collaboration on Semiconductor skilling & capacity building .
