The social and economic freedom that we have got today is due to the venerable Saint Shri Guru Ravi Das Maharaj, the central inspiration behind all of us. When some fanatics in the society were trying to incite quarrels, disputes, and casteism among us, Saint Shri Ravidas tried to remove discrimination, discrimination, and untouchability from the society by spreading the message of harmony. He resolved to bring reforms in the society and take everyone along with him, and took many age-old decisions to take everyone along.

With the confidence, commitment, and patience to make changes, he was able to bring social harmony to the people. For this reason, people all over India worship him today. Due to such social reform work, people will remember Saint Ravidas ji for thousands of years and follow his path. This program has been organized to take the message of Saint ji to every village in Odisha Pradesh. At the call of the eminent Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, the BJP is determined to take the message of Saint Ravi Das ji from all districts of Odisha to the block and mandal levels. State President Shri Manmohan Samal said that BJP’s efforts to unite everyone irrespective of caste, religion and colour will definitely be successful.

Since ancient times, India has been known as the birthplace of human civilization, culture, religion, philosophy and knowledge. In this holy land, sages like Maharishi Valmiki, Vyasa Dev, Shankaracharya have emerged and composed Ramayana, Mahabharata, Puranas, literature, philosophy and others, enriching the treasury of human knowledge. As the ancient seat of knowledge of India, Kashi or Banaras has been spreading religion and philosophy. In this holy place, the saintly figure Shri Ravi Dasji Maharaj emerged 650 years ago and as a great saint poet, social reformer, and teacher of harmony and harmony, he has taught crores of deprived and neglected people of the society to live with respect, self-confidence and a dedicated service attitude, said State President Shri Samal.
Sant Guru Shri Ravi Das Ji was not just a saint. He was a revolutionary consciousness of social change. When the society was bound by the chains of untouchability and casteism, Sant Ravi Das was born. He showed a new direction to the society through his knowledge, devotion and work. Sant Guru Ravi Das used to say that the identity of a person lies not in his caste and birth but in his work and character. His entire life was a message of equality, self-respect and humanity. He dreamed of a society where there would be no discrimination, no injustice, and equal opportunities for everyone.
He constantly made efforts to remove untouchability, discrimination, casteism, etc. from the society. He was a symbol of a society free from casteism from the 15th to the 16th century. While walking on the path of spirituality and devotion, Sant Ravi Das emphasized on work. Deputy Chief Minister Smt. Parvathi Parida said that the resolve of today’s developed India is also embedded in that thought.

This campaign was launched from Kashi, the birthplace of Guru Shri Ravi Das ji. In this context, the holy remains were collected in urns from his birthplace, Kashi, and sent to various states of the country.
The delegation from Odisha brought this holy urn and reached Bhubaneswar on August 31 and was kept in the Sri Ram Temple. Today, in a grand ceremony, the workers of the 37 organizational districts of the BJP brought soil from the birthplaces of local great men and mixed it with this holy remains, after which it was distributed in 37 separate urns and then sent to the 37 organizational districts. From there, each After this holy urn goes to every village and from each village to the village panchayat, a tree will be planted at the end. Various religious, social, cultural and public relations programs will be organized under this campaign. A large number of saints will participate in this. Along with the holy soil, the message and ideals of Shri Ravi Das will be conveyed to the villages.
