BHUBANESWAR: The International Holding Company Abu Dhabi, Adani Enterprises on Wednesday singed MoU with IPICOL Odisha for India’s Largest FDI in Mining and Metallurgy worth over Rs 1.08 Lakh Crore.
They announced to build a mega aluminium plant in Odisha.It will be supported by a captive power capacity of about 4,000 megawatts and a green energy component of about 400 megawatts.
The MoU claimed to provide 53,500 new jobs in Odisha. MoU signed with Adani in the presence of Chief Minister, a step towards large-scale industrial development in Odisha
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Minister Industries Sampad Swain, Chief Secretary Anu Garg, Development Commissioner DK Singh, Additional Chief Secretary Industry, IPR and Home Department, Hemant Sharma , MD IPICOL , MD IHC , MD Adani Ports and SEZ, Adani Green Energy CEO were among those witnessed the MoU signing at Loka Seva Bhawan.
CM said the MoU with boost trade between Odisha and Middle East . CM gave importance on value addition system.
