BHUBANESWAR: The special commendation letter presented by the Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah to the Hon’ble Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at Lok Seva Bhawan by the a Director General of Police (DGP) Shri Yogesh Bahadur Khuranifor the remarkable achievements of Odisha Police in suppressing Left Wing Extremism (LWE) and strengthening internal security in the state.
On this occasion, the Hon’ble Chief Minister appreciated the immense courage and sacrifice of all the officers and jawans of Odisha Police.
Expressing that the government is committed to the safety of every citizen of the state, the Hon’ble Chief Minister said that this zero tolerance policy will continue in the coming days.
Besides, DGP, CM Chief Advisor Prakash Mishra, Chief Secretary Anu Garg, Development Commissioner DK Singh. Additional Chief Secretary Home, IPR and Industry Department Hemant Sharma, ADGP(Operations) Sanjeeb Panda, IGP Opertaions Deepak Kumar were among those present.
