BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday remembered his visionary father and former Chief Minister Biju Patnaik on his 106 Birth Anniversary.
“ଲୋକଙ୍କ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଓ ଉନ୍ନତି ପାଇଁ ବିଜୁବାବୁ ଆଙ୍କିଥିଲେ ବିକାଶର ବିସ୍ତୃତ ନକ୍ସା। ତାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରତିଟି କାମ ଥିଲା ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଜାତିର ସ୍ୱାଭିମାନ ଓ ଗୌରବ ପାଇଁ। ତାଙ୍କ ନୀତିଆଦର୍ଶରେ ଅନୁପ୍ରାଣିତ ହୋଇ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଏବେ ଅନେକ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ହୋଇଛି। ସେହି ବିକାଶ ପୁରୁଷଙ୍କ ଜୟନ୍ତୀରେ ତାଙ୍କ ଅବଦାନକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା ସହ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଜଣାଉଛି।,” Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik twitted.
“ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ କ୍ଷମତା ପ୍ରଦାନ ସହ ସଶକ୍ତ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଗଠନରେ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ବଡ଼ ଭୂମିକା ରହିଛି। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ଼ କରିବା ଉପରେ ବିଜୁବାବୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେଉଥିଲେ। ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ଓ ଲୋକସେବା ଦିବସରେ ଆସନ୍ତୁ ତାଙ୍କ ଅବଦାନକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରି ନୂଆ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଗଠନ ଦିଗରେ ଆଗକୁ ବଢ଼ିବା।,” he added.
