BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday reviewed the preparations for Mahaprabhu’s Bahuda Yatra at Lok Seva Bhavan.
Mahaprabhu’s Bahuda Yatra will be held on Friday. It marks the spectacular return journey where Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Devi Subhadra pull their grand wooden chariots from the Gundicha Temple back to the main Jagannath Temple.
On this occasion, Chief Minister advised the officials to give more emphasis on crowd management and information dissemination.
Law, Excise and Works Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan CMO Advisor Prakash Mishra , Chief Secretary Anu Garg, Additional Chief Secretary, Home, IPR and Industry Hemant Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary and SJTA Chief Administrator Dr Arbinda Padhee, DGP YB Khurania, DG Fire Services, Home Guards , Civil Defence, Dr Sudhanshu Sarangi, Director Intelligence , RP Koche, ADGP S Priyadarshi, ADGP Sanjay Kumar, , CM Principal Secretary Saswat Mishra and others were among those present.
