Srinivas Gouda, 43 yrs. Arrested on 27.09.2026 at 11.45 PM after non-compliance of notice U/S 35(3) BNSS and forwarded to Hon’ble Court.
*Brief Facts:*
On 24.09.2026 at about 07.00 PM, complainant Smt. Laxmipriya Gouda, 23 yrs, R/O RDC Colony, Ankuli, Brahmapur reported that the accused suspected his estranged wife was hiding in her house. He scaled the boundary wall and trespassed into the house. On being told that his wife was not there, he abused the family in obscene language, assaulted the complainant on her leg causing severe injury and threatened to kill family members. He also damaged two motorcycles bearing Regd. No. OD 07 X 6677 and OD 07 AA 0809 parked in the courtyard and attempted to set them on fire.

Spot visited, spot map prepared, damaged motorcycles seized. Statements recorded U/S 180 BNSS. Victim sent to City Hospital, Brahmapur for medical examination. On tip-off, accused was apprehended.
