BHUBANESWAR:Today, two auditors from the Scheduled Caste and Tribe department, Prashant Kumar Pradhan and Prajna Prakash Patra, have been arrested by Odisha Vigilance in an interception case.
More than Rs 14.38 lakh in cash, collected through unlawful means, has been seized from their possession.
Based on inputs reg collection of bribes from incharge of Ashram Schools & SSD Hostels of SC/ST Department Mayurbhanj Dist during ongoing audit, 2 auditors Prashant Kumar Pradhan and Pragyan Prakash Patra were nabbed by Odisha Vigilance at Baripada and Rs.14.38 Lakh seized from them.
