BHUBANESWAR:The holy festival of Guru Purnima was celebrated with spiritual fervor across the country by Narayan Reiki Satsang Family (NRSP). On this occasion, a unique message of communal harmony, inner peace and women empowerment has emerged, transcending religious boundaries.

While Rajeshwari Modi, the founder of the Narayan Reiki Satsang family—affectionately called ‘Raj Didi’ by devotees—performed the main pujan for Guru Purnima in Mumbai; her chief disciple Ashma led the grand Guru pujan in Bhubaneswar.
Hundreds of women from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds, including Odia, Gujarati, Marwari, Telugu and Bengali, participated in the event in Bhubaneswar.
Born into a Muslim family, Ashma is today known as a respected spiritual master and Reiki practitioner across Odisha. From Malkangiri in the southern district to Balasore in the northern district, she enjoys immense popularity, especially among the Hindu community. The practitioners believe that the practice of Narayana Reiki taught by Ashma has brought positivity, health and peace of mind into their lives.
During the program, the devotees present said that Asma’s life and her thoughts are living proof that spirituality and human welfare have no caste or religion.
The event in Bhubaneswar featured special sessions on group Reiki healing, devotional music, and positive lifestyles, which concluded with prayers for peace, prosperity, and mutual brotherhood in the society.

Notable:
Rajeshwari Modi (‘Raj Didi’) has been honoured by the ‘World Book of Records’ (UK) in the British Parliament for her selfless contribution to promoting holistic healing, spiritual peace and mental well-being.
