BHUBANESWAR:A joint delegation of four Left parties will visit the Sijmali area of ​​Rayagada district on April 10 to assess the situation regarding police repression, prohibition and violation of democratic rights against tribal people in the Sijmali area.

State Secretary Dr. Prashant Kumar Mishra from the CPI side, State Secretary Shri Suresh Chandra Panigrahi from the CPI(M),On behalf of CPI (ML) Liberation, State Secretary Shri Yudhisthira Mahapatra andOn behalf of the All India Forward Bloc, State President Shri Purna Chandra Padhi, CPI(M) State Editor-in-Chief Shri Badri Narayan Dash, Tribal Leader Shri Chamburu Soren, CPI(M) State Co-Editor Shri Jayant Das, State Editor-in-Chief Shri Damodar Behera, CPI(ML) Liberation State Leader Shri Mahendra Parida and Shri Ashok Pradhan have joined the party in a joint delegation.
During this visit, the leadership of the Left parties will meet with the local tribal people, listen to the grievances of the affected families, and investigate the true facts of the incident.
The four leftist parties have stated that they will continue to fight vigorously to protect the land, livelihood and democratic rights of tribal people and have demanded that the government immediately stop repressive measures and take steps towards a just solution.
