BHUBANESWAR: On Thursday, on the allegation of accumulation of disproportionate assets by Sri Rabi Narayan Prusty, Chief Engineer, Odisha State Pollution Control Board, Bhubaneswar simultaneous searches by Odisha Vigilance are going on at 7 locations.
The raids were conducted at Prusty’s residential flat of Prusty located at Kalvik King Palace, Patia; flat at Gajapati Palace in Jagmohan Nagar, Jagamara; shop at Barabhuja market complex, Khandagiri; house of relative at Shreeram Vihar, Nayapalli; flat at Shreekhestra Bhakta Niwas; house at native place at Nuapada in Ganjam district; office chamber of Prusty located in OSPCB building in Bhubaneswar
8 DSPs, 4 Inspectors, 5 ASIs and other staff are conducting the searches on the strength of search warrant issued by Hon’ble Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar. Searches is in progress, the Vigilance Director said.
