CUTTACK:A new institution named Ravensa University Development Trust has been formed to work towards the overall development of Ravensa University, staying away from narrow politics.
This decision was taken at a meeting of prominent people of the city held in the courtyard of the local Sri Sri Maa Gadchandi temple on Wednesday morning. Senior educationist Professor Dinesh Prasad Patnaik and young social worker Deepak Kumar Mahanath have been elected as the president and secretary of the trust respectively.
The trust will oppose external interference in the management of Ravenshoe University and work towards protecting the dignity of the university, said Editor Deepak Kumar Mahant in a press release.
