PURI/BHUBANESWAR:Today, on the 81st day of the chariot construction, the chariot builders arrived at the chariot yard at 8:00 AM and began the construction work after receiving the guidance of the Chief Maharana.

*Installation of brake pulleys in three-wheeled vehicles completed*
With the help of Maharana Sevak and Bhoi Sevak, today, they completed the installation of brake pulleys, one at the front and two at the rear, for three chariots.
*Painter’s color work*
The painters have continued painting the exterior of the chariot three times, as well as the horses and charioteers three times.
*Chariot Tailor*
The tailors have completed the lace fitting work on the bata kenna three times and the sewing work on the remaining bij tuli and shipar tuli of the Lord. After finishing the work on the door frame and the moon shaliya three times, the work on the kusumi flowers, lace, and dali lata has been continued. They have also completed the sewing work on the kusumi four pieces, the 12-hand white gada four pieces, and the 16-hand four pieces, and the 4 pieces of fist bent two pieces for the Lord’s shoulders. They have also continued the work on the saridhi clothes three times.
*Blacksmith’s axe*
At the temporary blacksmith shop in Dolavedi, the blacksmiths have completed all the iron and steel equipment for the chariot and are continuing to manufacture iron and steel equipment as needed for emergencies.
*Pahi Maharana*
At Dola Bedi, the Maharana monks have continued to build the wooden equipment required for the chariot journey.
