PURI:Today, on the eighth day of chariot construction, the chariot builders arrived at the Rathkhala before 8:00 am, gave their presence and began the work of building the chariot for the chief Maharana’s Marg Darshan.
By the end of the construction work yesterday, a total of 42 tombs of the three chariots had reached the final stage of construction.
Today, 16 pairs of 42 pillars of the three chariots have been completed.Start by carving holes on both sides of the bowl.
Under the guidance of the Chief Maharana of the Three Chariots, the Maharana Sevaks of the Three Chariots have completed the work of 16 pairs of 42 tumbas of the Three Chariots, and have started the work of repairing the said tumbas. The need for the tumbas is being assessed and the work of fixing them is continuing.
In addition, the Maharana Sevaks are continuing the work of cutting the tumbas to remove the remaining part of the tumbas that have been cut to fit the thorn near the tumbas made for connecting the tumbas. The work of marking the tumbas with a thread for the axis is being continued under the supervision of the Chief Maharana. The work of fixing the axis in the tumbas where the measurement marks have been completed has been started by the Maharanas of the Three Chariots.
The blacksmiths of the Trirathas are continuing to prepare the necessary tools and thorn branches at the temporary blacksmith shop in Dolavedi. Today, they have completed the production of 20 pandari bracelets required for the Nahaka Tumba of the Trirathas, and the work on the making of the said pandari bracelets has reached the final stage.
