PURI/BHUBANESWAR:Today, on the 37th day of the construction of the chariot, the construction workers arrived at the chariot yard before 8:00 am as usual and began the construction work under the guidance of the Chief Maharana.

Yesterday, the work on the three-wheeled five-wheeled carriages and the side rails was in progress.

Today, under the supervision of the Chief Maharana, the work of framing the three-wheeled five-wheeled carriages has been completed, along with the work of joining both sides of the carriages. Tomorrow, the muhant will be connected on both sides of the five-wheeled carriages to prepare the carriage frame. The construction of this 20-foot muhant of the three-wheeled carriages has been completed and has been stored in the chariot barn. Along with this, the work of framing the side rails of the three-wheeled carriages has reached the final stage. The side rails will be connected on both sides of the five-wheeled carriages by means of a kuduka.
