The construction of 42 wheels of three chariots has been completed.(As of yesterday, the construction of the 39 wheels of the three chariots had been completed, and the construction of the remaining three wheels, along with the construction of other parts of the three chariots, was in progress.).
Today, after the construction of the last remaining wheel of the three chariots, the total construction of 42 wheels of the three chariots has been completed.
Today, the work of “Garagara” has started for three chariots. This afternoon, Rath Amin Shri Laxman Mohapatra Bhoi Sevak has provided two 20-foot Dhaura wood pieces to three chariots with the help of Bhoi Sevak for the construction of Gargara. The Maharana Sevak of three chariots has started the work of laying the said 20-foot Dhaura wood pieces.
Wood is being stored in the chariot shed to make the axles of three chariots.
The construction of the remaining axles of the three chariots will begin tomorrow. Today, with the help of Rath Amin Bhoi Sevak, the 40-foot-long Dhaura wood required for the three chariots has been provided to build the axles.
Tomorrow, the planting of flowers and shrubs in the ground will begin.
In addition, the three-wheeled cart has completed the 12-inch round of the earth’s circumference, marking the end of the measurement. Tomorrow, the Maharanas will begin the three-wheeled cart with the flower marking along with the khambi marking.
The sculptors have carved the shapes on the three chariots’ shafts, polished the finished shapes, and continued the work of decorating the shapes.
The workers have continued the work of dismantling the Taldhwaj Rath’s pole and burning the pyre. The 40-foot-tall Dhaura wood pyre on both sides was previously cut into pieces and leveled with a barricade on both sides. The workers will start the work of dismantling the Taldhwaj Rath’s pole and burning the pyre tomorrow.
At the temporary blacksmith shop in Dolavedi, the blacksmiths have continued to make three-wheeled axles, bidias, and fire-fighting poles.
The construction of wooden instruments required for worshipping the Lord on the chariot during the bathing procession and the Rath Yatra at Dolavedi has been continued.
