BHUBANESWAR: Agriculture and the progress of farmers are the foundation of our nation’s prosperity. The government of the esteemed Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji is working with full dedication and responsibility for the expansion of irrigation works, modernization of the agricultural sector and the economic upliftment of our farmer brothers and sisters, said MP Shri Dharmendra Pradhan while participating in the holy “Ramchandi Divas Samaroh” organized at Garhphuljhar in Mahasamund district of Chhattisgarh.
Praising the Kulta Samaj, he said that this society has a special identity for its agricultural tradition, religious beliefs and dedication to the nation. The contribution of this society in the production of bread of the country is very important. We are determined to fulfill the hopes and aspirations of the citizens by empowering every section of the society. He said that due to the immense grace of Mahaprabhu Shri Jagannath, Maa Samaleswari and Maa Raneshwar Ramchandi, education has been developed, health services have been strengthened and vast employment opportunities have been created for the youth in both the states of Odisha and Chhattisgarh. Shri Pradhan called for active cooperation and participatory efforts from all sections of the society in this great development journey.
On this occasion, Shri Pradhan said that the worship and devotion of Maa Raneshwar Ramchandi is our rich religious tradition and cultural identity. Shri Pradhan said that the Laxminarayan Temple at Garaphuljhar and the memories associated with the arrival of Guru Nanak Dev Ji in this land have further enhanced the spiritual significance of this region. The event was attended by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Bishnu Deo Sai, senior ministers and various media personalities and dignitaries including the Kulta Samaj.
