NEW DELHI: The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, congratulated Pramod Bhagat for winning a gold medal in the badminton men’s singles SL3 event at the Hangzhou Asian Para Games Friday.
He hailed Bhagat’s determination and brilliance for thr victory.
