BHUBANESWAR:Under the leadership of the eminent Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is now moving towards a golden age. The dream of a developed India is about to be fulfilled. The Nari Shakti Bandhan Act is going to be enacted to ensure the full participation of women in this development work. This act will ensure 33 percent reservation for women in the Lok Sabha and state assemblies. This amendment to the Constitution is an epoch-making step in the history of India.
A special session of Parliament is going to be held on the Nari Shakti Bandhan Act from April 16 to 18. In this regard, today at Vigyan Bhawan in Delhi, the legendary Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a speech on the Nari Shakti Bandhan Act. He said that this act will prove the rights of women. Women activists, social workers of various voluntary organizations, college teachers and students were present at the state office and listened to the live broadcast of Modi’s speech.
A special session was going to be held in Parliament from April 16 to 18, and in support of this, a large number of women were present at the state office and made a missed call on 9667173333. On this occasion, a photo exhibition was held featuring the women of Odisha who have done remarkable work in various fields including Subhadra Yojana, Mamata Yojana, Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Yojana, Chief Minister Kanya Sumangal Yojana, Lalapati Didi Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, Mission Shakti, Swachh Bharat Mission, Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Matru Bandan Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Women E-Haat, etc.
Thousands of mothers and sisters participated in the “Thank you Modiji” signature campaign launched to express gratitude for these women welfare schemes. Deputy Chief Minister Mrs. Parvathi Parida, Women’s Front State President Dr. Aishwarya Biswal, and senior social worker Mrs. Sabita Rai were prominently present at the event.
