BHUBANESWAR: Orissa High Court sought the case diary from the police.Hearing a petition filed by Archana seeking bail, the High Court directed the Commissionerate Police to submit the case diary.
On Friday, charted accountants of Honeytrap Blackmailer Archana Nag and her business partner, Khageswar Patra appeared before Enforcement Directorate, besides, Khageswar’s wife, Sasmita Patra.
Sources said, ED is likely to file its charge sheet in next few days. ED visited Archana’s Satya Vihar home, with valuators to make a valuation of the property amassed by the accused through illegal means.
Sources said, ED will move to court seeking permission to seize Archana’s property in case it is not satisfied with the response of the accused.
