KANARK/BHUBANESWAR: State owned Odisha Mining Corporation’s (OMC) 3rd edition of “Leadership Summit 2022” was organised at Eco Retreat in Konark in Puri with focus on leadership and visioning exercises. Shri Balwant Singh, MD, OMC -in presence of Directors and Executives- emphasised on transformation through uniqueness
MD, OMC Singh appreciated the collaborative efforts of leaders for accelerated growth & encouraged all to aim for higher goals. He stated OMC will achieve 30 MT ore production in the FY 2021-22 & highlighted that leaders will play an important role in driving core business operation.
All executives were apprised about the various cross functional initiatives like EFQM, PMS, New Projects, Employee Welfare Schemes, Safety Management System & HRMS to build competencies & strengthen organisational capability.
