BHUBANESWAR: Of the 851 Zilla Parishad zones, counting is going on in 315 Zilla Paarishad zones. Till last reports came in from the office of State Election Commission, BJD is leading in 277 while BJP in 19 and Congress in 14 with others in 5 zones.
BJP and Congress received major jolts in their stronghold areas while BJD heading for a landslide victory in most of the districts, where counting going on.
