BHUBANESWAR:The seventh meeting of the seventeenth session of the Odisha Assembly has begun in a formal manner today. On the first day of the session, the Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi joined the proceedings and at the beginning, moved a condolence motion in memory of the deceased former members and esteemed personalities.
Recalling their significant contribution to the development and public service of the state, the Chief Minister expressed his deep condolences to the bereaved families.
He said that this session of the Assembly will prove to be crucial in accelerating the economic progress, social welfare and formulation of various public interest policies of the state.
