CUTTACK: A day after Annual General Meeting of the Odisha Cricket Association, the Apex Cricket Body of the State, on Monday hosted a friendly cricket match between members of the Association at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack.
The Exhibition match saw large crowd at this Historic Barabati Stadium amid presence of all office bearers and affiliated bodies, with OCA Vice President Pankaj Lochan Mohanty led the President XI while Secretary Sanjay Behera led the Secretary XI.
President XI led by OCA Vice President Pankaj Lochan Mohanty set a victory target of 88 runs against Secretary Sanjay Behera led Secretary XI in an exciting match played here.
While chasing a victory target of 88 runs the Secretary XI led by Behera won the match by 9 wickets. Nursingha Charan Choudhary of Secretary XI was named as the Player of the Match for scoring an unbeaten 48.
After the march, both Captains Mohanty and Behera thanked all and expressed their happiness for the good response to the match.
