BHUBANESWAR: The newly appointed National President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Shri Nitin Nabin, came on a two-day visit to Odisha. He reached Bhubaneswar yesterday. This morning, he held a meeting with the party’s core committee team. He called for building a developed Odisha in the coming days by increasing the trust of the people. Starting from the organizational status of the party, he guided the government on how to gain the trust of the people. He suggested strengthening the organization from the grassroots level. He asked to take steps so that government schemes can reach the people at the last rung of the society. In this regard, he emphasized on increasing the activity among the workers. He discussed how the government can gain the trust of more people and how the government’s welfare schemes can reach them.
Later, on behalf of the Bhubaneswar organizational district, he participated in the BJP’s “Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashishan Maha Abhiyan 2026” organized at the Asian Institute of Physical Health (AIPH) University campus near IIT Jatni in Khurda district and guided the workers. The importance that the Bharatiya Janata Party attaches to the development of its workers and connecting them with ideology was evident after the party’s national president joined the district training group, said State General Secretary Shri Bingrach Narayan Tripathy
Shri Tripathy said that after this program, National President Shri Nitin Nabin visited Puri to seek the blessings of Lord Shri Jagannath and took Mahaprasad. The party’s Honorable State President Shri Manmohan Samal, Honorable Chief Minister Shri Mohan Charan Majhi also participated in this. After coming from there, he attended an important meeting with all the party officers, MPs and MLAs at the state office.
In the said meeting, they discussed in detail how the party and organization can move forward, how the MLAs and MPs can serve the people for a long time, how to stay in electoral politics for a long time. Later, he also discussed with all the members of the Council of Ministers and advised them to reach the people through the people, starting from the work of the ministers, the people-oriented work and achievements of the government.
Union Ministers Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Shri Jual Oram, Deputy Chief Minister Shri KV Singhdeo, Smt. Prabhati Parida, National Vice President Shri Baijayant Panda, State In-charge Shri Vijayapal Singh Tomar, State Co-in-charge Ms. Lata Ushendi and all the ministers, MPs, MLAs and state officials were present at the event. After this, Shri Nitin Naveen returned to Delhi from the Bhubaneswar airport.
