PURI:On 10.6.2026, the Chief Administrator along with the senior officers of the temple reviewed the progress of various projects undertaken including the construction of chariots. The Chief Administrator expressed satisfaction that the collection of chariot wood and the construction of chariots were progressing as per tradition. He ordered that the palm wood that had reached the sawmill be quickly cut and an additional set of four maals be stored.
He directed the departmental engineer to quickly complete the Koili Baikuntha Phull Guntha House, which is under construction in the temple premises.
Suggesting that appropriate action be taken to protect the lands of Mahaprabhu at various places, the Chief Administrator expressed satisfaction over the release of the valuable land of Mahaprabhu at Korad Kanta in Bhubaneswar from encroachment and suggested that similar measures be taken to immediately bring other encroached lands under administration.
In addition, the Chief Administrator has ordered to update the list of cases pending in various courts related to the temple.
Yesterday afternoon, the Chief Administrator, accompanied by officials, visited the designated site for the Srigundicha Temple and the residence of the servants at Harchandi Sahi. The Chief Administrator has directed the departmental engineers to complete all the under-construction work of the Srigundicha Temple by June 20, in view of the upcoming Rath Yatra.
