BHUBANESWAR:Union Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, while on his way to attend a social program in Kendrapara today, listened to the Mann Ki Baat program of Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi through his mobile phone.

Shri Pradhan said that in today’s program, the Prime Minister discussed inspiring thoughts on important topics like Yoga, public participation for environmental protection, the ancient knowledge heritage of Nalanda University, making ‘Eco-Bricks’ from plastic waste by women and Ganesh Utsav. ‘Mann Ki Baat’ today is not just a radio program, but has taken the form of a powerful people’s movement, which motivates every citizen for positive change in the society. This message of the Prime Minister has given new strength to all of us to work together for the realization of the vision of ‘Developed Odisha’ and ‘Developed India’.

Shri Pradhan further said that Nalanda University is reviving India’s ancient tradition of ‘Shastrartha’ and promoting the culture of knowledge, communication and disciplined reasoning. This tradition is a means of understanding different perspectives and a healthy exchange of ideas. This effort by Nalanda is playing a significant role in connecting our glorious intellectual heritage with the new generation. Similarly, the introduction of B.Tech courses in modern fields like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science by the Central Sanskrit University, Delhi is a visionary step. This innovative effort will strengthen the integration of India’s ancient knowledge and modern technology. This will enable the development of new AI solutions for Indian languages ​​and will provide a new dimension to the preservation of our ancient texts and manuscripts. He asserted that this combination of tradition and technology will further enrich the knowledge society of the future.
