Life returns after 24 hours of struggle with death: Trilochan Sahu of Dhamnagar was rescued from a palm tree amidst flood waters

Amidst the horrific images of the floods in Dhamangad, a shocking and heartbreaking incident has come to light. After battling death for nearly 24 hours, an elderly farmer, Trilochan Sahu, finally regained his life.

The incident took place in Dhamnagar area in Bhadrak. When the fields were submerged due to heavy rains, farmer Trilochan Sahu was suddenly trapped in the floodwaters. To save his life, he climbed a nearby palm tree. He remained trapped there for about 24 hours. Not only the water, but at night there was also a black snake on the tree with him. He was struggling with death between hunger, cold and fear.

At this time, it was his son’s phone call that brought him hope. The son immediately informed Minister Suryavanshi Suraj. After learning about the matter, the Odraf team, with the help of the minister, immediately started the rescue operation.
