BHUBANESWAR: On Wednesday at about 11.55 AM ,Smt. Sanghamitra Sahoo, Junior Engineer,Begunia Block, Dist. Khordha has been apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting bribe Rs.5000/-( Rupees Five Thousand) at her office from a Complainant for facilitating release of his bills.
The entire bribe amount has been recovered from Smt Sahoo and seized.
In this connection, Bhubaneswar Vigilance P.S CASE NO. 19/2022 u/s 7 PC(Amendment)Act-2018 has been registered.Investigation in progress against accused Smt Sahoo. Detailed report follows.
