BHUBANESWAR: It seems, Jayadev BJD MLA Arabnda Dhali is a punctual reader and MLA Dhali, even not missing any chance to keep his reading habit intact.
No matter where he sits and travels, MLA Dhali is fund of reading. MLA Dhali was seen at Biju Patnaik International Airport while reading books. While most of the BJD Ministers, MPs and MLAs were seen busy to welcome Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on arrival here but MLA Dhali was seen keep reading a book, which was with him.
When asked, MLA Dhali, also a former Minister, reportedly said “reading is his habit and nothing disturbed him,”
