BHUBANESWAR:Gram Panchayat level Direct Joint Grievance Hearing was held at the Jainala Gram Panchayat Office premises under Jatni Block. The Joint Grievance Hearing was organized under the direct supervision of Khoradha District Magistrate Shri Amrit Rituraj and was attended by senior district level officers and local public representatives. Appropriate arrangements were made for the public who came to the hearing.
A total of 36 objection complaints were filed today. Out of which 29 were individual complaints and 7 were group complaints. Out of which 3 complaints were resolved immediately. Apart from this, the departmental officers have been instructed to take immediate action to consider all the complaints. The officers emphasized on providing services to the public.
Among others, Bhubaneswar Deputy District Magistrate Dr. Minoranjang Sahu, Chief Development Officer and District Council Chief Development Officer Shri Jyoti Shankar Sahu, Jatni BDO, Tehsildar, District Public Grievance Assistant Collector Bhubaneswari Kahur, and all other departmental officers were prominently present during today’s joint complaint hearing.
