NUAPADA:After the demise of former minister and deceased MLA Rajendra Dholakia, the assembly by-election is currently underway in Nuapada. Rajendra’s son Jay Dholakia has filed his nomination on behalf of BJP at the election ground. Starting from BJP state president Manmohan Samal, many leaders, ministers and MPs are currently campaigning in Nuapada.
Apart from this, Jaya’s mother and former MLA Rajendra’s wife, Samalka Dholakia, has reached the election campaign ground today. MP Navcharan Majhi, along with BJP state secretary Bhagwan Mohanty, have campaigned for the elections in Sahipal Gram Panchayat of Nuapada Block. A large crowd was seen at the election meeting.
