BHUBANESWAR:It is reported that the then Gajapati DFO Sangram Keshari Behera, in the much-publicized ACF Soumiya ranjan Mohapatra death case, surrendered through his lawyer at the Paralakhemundi SDJM court on Monday.
It has been revealed that Behera has surrendered after the arrest warrant was issued by the court.
Legal proceedings are ongoing in the court regarding the further hearing of the case and the bail application.
