BHUBANESWAR: ED, Bhubaneshwar has conducted search action at 11 premises located in Odisha and West Bengal on 04.11.2026 in the case of Kalpana Financial Services, its director Amit Mandal and associated persons in the matter of luring public to invest money on assurances of fixed monthly returns ranging from approximately 3.5% to 7% through purported share-market and trading activities.
The search operations resulted in the seizure of various incriminating documents and digital devices and freezing of bank balances aggregating to Rs. 4.5 crore (approx.) along with one locker.
